Chuck’s Home Inspections is the Big Bear Valley’s only full service home, multi-unit and commercial inspection company. We specialize in residential, vacation, government land lease and lake front property inspections. As part of our service, we can include; air quality, mold, lead and asbestos inspections.

Our company is generally available seven days a week and encourages our customers to be at the inspections. We have performed thousands of inspections locally and are familiar with the conditions affecting homes and property here in the Big Bear Valley.
